1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

• You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Content that sexualizes minors (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
• Defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Deepfakes of real individuals without their consent, especially for malicious purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

• New users receive a free starter credit allocation to try the Service.
• Additional credits are available via Pro subscription plans billed through Stripe.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the images you generate. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process and store your inputs to provide the Service.
• Our content: The Nano Banana 2 platform, branding, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them.
• AI-generated images: You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Banana 2 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in competent courts.
